Does Razor cuts traumatize hair

Many people have their opinions about whether you should razor your hair or not. Alot of things play a factor in this. However, the most important thing to consider is, its not what your hair is cut with, but if it's sharp or dull. The sharper the instrument the better the cut, be it a razor or scissors.,
Razor cut hair has a rough surface therefore it can invite the start of splitting as well as be vulnerable to damage since a brush or comb can snag the open cortex of the hair. Where as scissors make a straight cut lessening the damage procedure

Does weekly deep-condtioning treatments repair hair damage

Conditioning your hair is like simonizing your car- it covers the scratches and makes it shiny!!
Conditioning coats the hair cuticle of the hair, easier to comb, and less flyaway, so it appears healthy, strong, and shiny.
The general rule of thumb is that the thicker and curlier the hair, the heavier the conditioner should be to coat it properly. Women with fine hair do best with a voluming conditioner and should avoid silicone.
Leave-in conditioners tend to be better for damaged and damage-prone hair because they add moisture without increasing friction from the extra handling required by the rinse-out variety.
Experts warn not to get too hung up on labeling "All the cream rinses and conditioners so the same thing"

Does shampooing your hair everyday damage it

The notion that daily washing destroys hair is "a myth". In fact straight fine hair tends to look greasy if its not shampooed everyday. Although for most women washing two or three times a week is adequate. An exception to the rule would be black women, whose fragile hair suffers from the tangling that washing involves, and whose hair may get dried out by shampoos that would have no ill effects on other hair types.Women of color shouldn't shampoo their hair more than once a week.
Also women who color, perm, or straighten their hair may benefit from less frequent shampooing.
Women with naturally curly hair that straightens it may only shampoo every other day or so, this too is okay.
No one knows your hair like you do! If you feel better by shampooing daily do it! If you like to only shampoo a few times a week that's fine too.Just make sure that you are using a good shampoo. Rinsing the conditioner out well. And make sure that you rinse hair with cool water!

Is Blow Dring Very Bad?

Yes this can be true blow drying can damage your hair. But so can the wind and dirt in the air!
However, there are things we can do to make it better.
1. Let hair dry a little before you start.
2. Use a protective product on the hair
3. Use the cool bottom every few seconds to cool the dryer down
4. Use a ceramic dryer.
5. Try not to stretching the hair so much. Comb the tangles out first. Dry 90% before you start to use the brush. Most of your styling can be done with your fingers alone.

Summer is near. When you are out in the sun put sunblock in your hair! YES sunblock, it will protect it from damage.
